Ca’ ed Carlein
Our farm is in Alto Monferrato, an area particularly well suited to aromatic grape varieties. From our vineyards comes Ca’ ed Carlein, a dry wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with white meat or fish. Serve at 8–10°C.
