Blue popping corn.

Blue corn is a very old variety originating in Central America, once grown by the Inca, Maya and Aztec peoples.
Its colour comes from anthocyanins, natural pigments also found in red wine and blueberries.
It naturally has small kernels and is harvested and shelled by hand.
