Ingredients:
– fruit of your choice, enough to cover the base of a cake tin measuring around 22 cm
– 2 eggs
– 150 g cane sugar
– 125 g yoghurt of your choice
– 60 g vegetable oil
– 100 g of our type 0 soft wheat flour or our soft wheat flour
– 70 g of our fine cornmeal
– 16 g (one sachet) baking powder
