Homemade chocolate pudding with cornmeal
A quick and simple pudding, using fine cornmeal to thicken the chocolate mixture instead of gelatine or wheat flour!
Ingredients
– 100 g of our Fine cornmeal milled on stone
– 1 litre whole milk
– 40 g unsweetened cocoa powder — you can also use sweetened, milk chocolate, white chocolate or gianduia varieties…
– 100 g white sugar — reduce the quantity if using sweetened cocoa!
